Following one of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings, we organised a coffee morning to connect with more patients and encourage them to get involved.
It was a fantastic event! We had great conversations, listened to personal stories, and received valuable feedback about patient experiences at the practice. There was also plenty of praise for our amazing staff!
Events like this show how important the personal touch is. Every patient has a unique perspective and skills that can help our PPG grow and make a real difference.
