As you will be aware of the announcement of the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II last week and further information that a state funeral will be held on Monday 19th September. Hollinwood Medical Practice and other Hope Citadel Healthcare practices will be closed to enable staff to observe the national period of mourning and the state occasion of the funeral.
